We have a current vacancy for an IT Support Engineer
As an IT Support Technician within Comms-Byte, you’ll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks for our customers in a technical support role. You’ll be the first person our customers will come to, to deal with any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email problems.
Other tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone, remotely or face to face.
Most importantly, your technical input will be a vital support to the Comms-Byte team that helps us deliver excellent customer service and avoid any customer IT down-time.
